Berkshire Free Library:
- The Library was organized in 1920 as a local community
effort and received New York State charter as a non-profit
educational institution in 1926.
- Located at the corner of NYS Rt. 38 and Jewett Hill Road,
the building is one of the older homes in Berkshire, dating back to
the 1820's.
- The Library is presently a member of the Finger Lakes
Library System.
- The Library operates the Berkshire History Museum

- Tuesday 12:00-5:00 p.m.
- Wednesday 1:30-7:00 p.m.
- Thursday 1:00-5:00 p.m.
- Friday 3:00-8:30 p.m.
- Saturday 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
