WHEREAS, Having mail addressed to the Town of Berkshire and Berkshire Justice Court sent to a Post Office box located at the Berkshire Post Office nearly 2 miles distant from the Town Hall has caused an inconvenience to Town officials, delays in receiving correspondence , and considerable expense to the Town in terms of rental fees and travel expenses,

 

 

RESOLVED, That the mailing address for all Town of Berkshire mail except for Town Clerk and Highway Department is now: !8 Railroad Avenue, Berkshire NY 13736, and mail will now be received at the Postmaster approved mailbox at the Town Hall.
