WHEREAS, The Town of Berkshire has need of an additional person from the Town Board who is authorized to sign Town checks and transfer funds between Town accounts, including electronic transfers and Certificate of Deposit renewals,

RESOLVED, That Ronald Hartwig is authorized by the Berkshire Town Board in the absence of the Supervisor, to sign Town of Berkshire checks, transfer Town funds, including electronic transfers, between the following Town of Berkshire accounts as required:
