RESOLUTION #8

 

 

 

June 15, 2009

 

 

WHEREAS, A capital reserve fund for highway equipment replacement has proven to be an effective tool for fleet management, and

 

WHEREAS, funds have been designated for highway capital reserve in FY 2006 and FY 2007, and budgeted in FY 2008, and

 

WHEREAS, sufficient funds exist in highway savings account and anticipated highway income to adequately fund the remainder of the 2009 highway appropriations,

 

 

 

 RESOLVED,  that highway fund certificate of deposit #9000361773, which matures on 6/15/09 for the amount of $106,856.51 be clearly identified as being a highway non specific equipment capital reserve fund.
