     The Town Board of the Town of Berkshire held their “End of the Year” meeting in the Town Hall on December 30, 2004.  Meeting called to order at 7:00 PM by Supervisor Hartwig.

     Board Members present were-- Dennis Whittaker, Albert Warner, Jr., John Ceurter and Trudy Bentley.  Also present was Karl Spoonhower, Sup’t of Hwys.

     Motion to accept the minutes of Dec. 14, 2004 meeting was made by John Ceurter, seconded by Trudy Bentley.  Carried.

     There was a discrepancy in a bill (Voucher No. 87) on Dec. 14 general fund warrant Original amount was  $5.  .  The Clerk could only account for $370.00 of this for 1000 stamped envelopes.  Supervisor has asked the County for an itemized bill on the rest of this invoice.  Hasn’t been paid as yet.

     The Financial reports was intermittent—will be complete at next meeting.  Will be able to give an accurate fund balance in January.

Motion to accept the budget modifications for 2004 was made by Trudy Bentley, seconded by Albert Warner, Jr, made 2004.  Carried.

Money to come from FEMA need to talk with Sup’t. and figure out what we need and what we have.

Need to advertize these meetings  in the Courier.  Work sessions on Thrusday preceeding regular board meetings at 4:30 PM in the Town Hall,

Regular Board Meetings will be held on the 3^rd Tues at 7:00 PM in the Town Hall.

And Planning Board Meetings will be held on the 4^th Tues at 7:00 PM in the Town Hall,

 

Motion made by John Ceurter at 7:25 PM to adjourn seconded by Trudy Bentley.  Carried.
